About This Project

6 hour class

Wouldn't you love to make your Bionic Bag even more useful?

Adding this Scrap Bin Accessory to your bag makes for a wonderful addition when you take your bag to classes, retreats, etc.  The Scrap Bin Accessory is created to hang beautifully in front of your Bionic Bag to make it easy for you to toss your thread snippings and fabric cuttings.

Some sewists have also made a second Scrap Bin for tabletop use in their cutting area.

A clever use of magnetic snaps create "feet" on the bottom of the Bionic Bag that you already own.   When folded, the Scrap Bin folds up flat to go inside your Bionic Gear Bag or Bonza easily.  It is sized to match the Bionic Needle Organizer Wallet.

For those that would enjoy toting their bag to their outings with a handle, the snaps on the bottom can also serve to stabilize a removable loop handle.

Dimensions:

Approx  7" x 3.75" x 4.75"

Prep List

For this class....

Prepping for this class is an easy one.

Pre-cut your pieces but dont worry if you didn't.

Need help choosing your fabric layouts?  Our Thursday Happy Hours are a prefect time to jump in with us and there's always people in there that look forward to the chance to play with fabric choices!   Look at our Event Calendar page to get the link to jump right in!

Please remember, the most important thing about the day is that you ENJOY yourself.  So if you're the kind of person that is totally cool with being 3 steps behind or you're just going to drink wine and watch it all happen.... lol... we're good with that.
