By having communications go through our support desk (over things like this) , we can always make sure that
1) you'll get a fast response (compared to our staff catching something like this in any one of about 20 places online... lol) ...
2) we can communicate back and forth privately ...
3) an issue can easily be addressed more quickly back and forth ....
4) it stays within our attention until it is resolved.
